WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
This statement is kinda true. Cept. I wanna edit it a lil bit. I think it should say; "Show me what you're passionate about, and you'll have it later, including the consequenses." If people are passionate about receiving something, they will most likely get what they want. The only problem is that you get all the consequences as well. You wanna eat badly everyday, you can. Then you get fat. You want to be exclusive, and only have one set of friends, and you'll never see other cultures or learn anything from people who are different. You want to be a Christian, you'll never know what its like to live life through the eyes of people who believe in other religions.
You can't be passionate about everything, and I think that there are some things that are worth giving up. For instance, I'm a christian. I am that way because living as a non-christian isn't worth giving up knowing Christ. I'm passionate about rap music, because I believe that its harder so spit 16 bars eloquently, than it is to whine into a mic. Which moves me to my next point.
Our passions are our own. Assuming that all people should have the same passions is not only ridiculous, its close minded. If you love dogs, and someone had a bad experience with dogs when they were younger, its not dysfunctional that they don't wanna play with fluffy. And, those fights about who's point of view is more right always gets on my nerves. I'd rather just encourage people to pursue their passions, until they get close to me. But, that's a blog topic in itself. I will put down the keyboard now.
"Big decisions are more than just once choice. They are a choice to make choices."
Soli Deo Gloria
